the last night market of the 06-07 season

Its been a long time since i've blogged.. Like i've told u from the start.. I picked up blogging out of boredom.
So here I am, back in Melbourne. So i suppose there will always be new entries here and then.
So... applause please...*piak* *piak* *piak* *piak* *piak* *piak*......... Viola... My First Entry of 2007.


Like what the title says.. went to the last night market at Queen Victoria Market. Was there with my old time buddy Mr. Koh Lixian. Freaking crowded, but yeah, it was expected since it was the last of the season.

Melbourne's still pretty warm.. so got myself a nice cooling carlton draught in the market.
Its pretty happening in the queen vic market..Plenty of food from all around the world. There's even Bubble Tea.. haahaa

There were lots of stalls selling really really awesome stuff. If it was in singapore, i would have bought tons of stuff. I really wanted to get nostalgic posters, pictures for my room but couldn't find it in singapore, saw it in melbourne was so happy, but i didn't buy it cause it was cumbersome to bring it back home.

As we walked, there were happy music filling the night sky. Funky 9 piece electric Afro-fusion band featuring King Marong, playing afro beat and smooth jazz-reggae grooves. Many of the local lads were grooving in front of the stage.. The reggae added a kind of festive mood to my boring midweek.




Alright, here marks the end of my first entry of 2007. Stay tuned, cause this won't be the last in a long long time. I'll make it a point to update regularly..
